The Business Operations Division develops the Medical Center’s business plans and monitors the workload and metrics for an accountable care organization that provides evidenced–based, patient and family–centered care to Warriors, Veterans, and Family Members. Our goals are to help improve the patient experience and establish collaborative partnership with the community, resulting in patient satisfaction through quality medical care
