The Beneficiary Services Branch of Business Operations Division is devoted to helping beneficiaries to navigate the military health system and provide excellent customer service as we assist each beneficiary individually. Beneficiary Services Branch is staffed with Health Benefits Advisors, Healthcare Assistants and Medical Clerks. The staff provides information and assistance to our beneficiaries and health care providers regarding military health benefits, dental benefits, Prime travel reimbursement, medical claims assistance, and debt collection assistance.
