The Decision Support Branch provides data, data analysis, and graphic presentations concerning CRDAMC workload in support of the Army Medical Department efficiency metrics. The AMEDD measures each healthcare facility by various metrics and standards. Decision Support monitors these metrics and mines data from a variety of Department of Defense databases to formulate current productivity assessments for the clinical departments of the Medical Center. These activities provide areas for performance improvement in the manner by which clinical services are provided and recorded to ensure appropriate use of our hospital resources.
