TRICARE On–Line
(TOL)
is an internet application beneficiaries can access twenty four hours a day to schedule
appointments within Primary Care and Self-Referral Clinics at CRDAMC. TOL users
can define up to three e-mail addresses and mobile phone numbers to receive
appointment reminders using the My Profile feature on TOL. Beneficiaries will
receive appointment reminders for all appointments scheduled within the CRDAMC
System of Health, even if the appointment wasn't scheduled through TOL.
The Prescription Refill (Rx) section of TOL allows beneficiaries to refill up to
ten prescription medications for pick up at the CRDAMC refill pharmacy inside the
Clear Creek Post Exchange or check the status of their prescriptions. This feature
also provides a direct link to
the TRICARE Mail
Order Pharmacy web page.
TOL also provides beneficiaries access to their electronic health record, secure
e–mail communication with their Primary Care Provider or Primary Care
Provider Team and access to on–line health risk assessments. For additional
