"My daughter saw Dr Brooks... This was her first visit with Dr Brooks and she was a little nervous. Dr Brooks was very friendly and open with her regarding the appointment. We did not feel rushed and felt that she was sincere. Being that my daughter is a teenager, Dr Brooks spoke with her as if she was an adult, which my daughter greatly appreciated. Dr Brooks is truly a great addition to Killeen Medical Home."

" ...My doctor was Dr. Hoyt from the General Surgery clinic. I just wanted to say that in all of the years we have been in the Army, He is by far the best doctor I have ever had for a surgery. He has been so kind and upfront and the care that I received from him has been beyond terrific. Dr.Hoyt checked up on me even between surgeries and took extra steps to make sure I stayed pain free. I had to be admitted for 3 extra days and he was just incredible. I cannot stress enough what an amazing surgeon and doctor he is. Thank you, Sincerely, Mrs. Karilynn G."

"I would like to thank this office (Referral Management) for giving me peace of mind; in particular Ms. Ebony Walker. I had a situation that was very crucial (to me anyway). I have been on terminal leave for a few weeks and while on leave I received information via text message and a phone call that would require me to seek a specialty follow–up appointment with a care provider. In some cases early detection is the key to the success of a medical problem. After weeks of phone calls and being connected to this office or that office I was beginning to think that after completing 25 years of service (now that I am on terminal leave) nobody wanted to take the time and work with me or my problem. It was very disturbing. I contacted this office and not only was the voice on the other end of the phone just as concerned as I was about my situation, but in less than 20 minutes, I received a phone call back with information letting me know that All was taken care of – 10 minutes after that I received a phone call from Darnall and was given an appointment. If stress is a cause of someone being sicker than they need to be, then Ms. Walker just added time on my life. Yes the situation was just that serious to me."

"My wife and I visited the clinic in May 2012. Our appointment was with Dr. Kris Keonig. Just to let you know that Dr. Keonig was a true professional and attended to our needs with compassion and understanding. Also, the desk staff and pre–screeners were helpful and professional in their tasks. As always the facility was in excellent condition and is a clinic that all should be proud to visit. Our visit was pleasant and our needs were attended in a timely process. Thanks Family Care."
