ICE
DoD’s Interactive Customer Evaluation System (ICE) ICE is a web-based tool that collects feedback on services provided by various organizations. Customers submit online comment cards that rate the service they encountered at various facilities, allowing managers to monitor the satisfaction levels of services. ICE Scores are reported monthly.

TRICARE Outpatient Satisfaction Survey (TROSS) This survey helps health policy officials gauge beneficiary satisfaction with outpatient care. Patients are randomly selected and their responses are used to compare hospitals to make improvements in the quality of care. Civilian Benchmark: 69.2%
