Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center continues to strive for excellence in providing quality healthcare for our Army and our beneficiaries. The Health Care Advisory Council (HCAC) is an ongoing open-forum meeting for unit leadership, FRSAs, and beneficiaries to receive important healthcare related updates and share ideas with MEDCEN senior leadership.
Meetings are held every fourth Wednesday of the month at approximately 10:30 a.m. at the Fort Hood Community Events Center. Topics of discussion regularly include the importance of the Army Provider Level Satisfaction Survey(APLSS), hospital parking, progress of the hospital replacement project, pharmacy updates, questions regarding beneficiary services, EFMP services, upcoming events, activities, and health awareness recognitions.
