Overview

The Plans Branch is responsible for emergency management, quality training programs and training classes to support the Medical Center, Southern Regional Medical Command, and Fort Hood installation.

The Medical Center uses the Hospital Incident Command System (HICS) and Defense Readiness Reporting System . The Plans Branch is also responsible for management of the Emergency Management for the Joint Commission.
