We provide complete and comprehensive military and civilian human resources services to the personnel assigned to the Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center. This includes recruiting, retention, pay settings, awards, incentives, promotions, strength management, leave management, evaluations and human capital management. It is our goal to ensure that every customer leaves our offices feeling as if their transaction was handled professionally, courteously, and that, at that moment, they were the most important person in the office.

The Human Resources Division includes two sections: Military Personnel and Civilian Personnel.
Military Personnel manages the needs of the military personnel assigned to CRDAMC at the Battalion and Brigade level. The Military Personnel section can do limited processing of DD93 and SGLV forms for Soldiers, in addition to the routine processing of all other forms of personnel actions such as leaves and finance transactions. We also maintain, track, and process Officer Evaluation Reports and Non-Commissioned Officer Evaluation Reports rating schemes.
The Civilian Personnel office is responsible for recruiting and retaining the highest quality civilian employees to care for CRDAMC’s patients. Additionally, the Civilian Personnel office processes evaluations, leaves, awards, incentives, pay settings, and processes all hiring actions for the facility. The CRDAMC Civilian Personnel office conducts New Supervisor Training for all new supervisors assigned to the Medical Center.
