The Release of Information (ROI) is responsible for the release of medical information on behalf of CRDAMC and its health care facilities except Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and news media. Services include transferring medical records between Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) and providing copying services. For Soldiers retiring, ETS, or assigned to remote area where no Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA = digitized documents) is available, we will print/copy/file AHLTA documents in your records. All requests must be accompanied by legally sufficient authorization to ensure medical information confidentiality. For additional information, please visit ROI located in Room 1556, across the hallway from the Outpatient Records Section, or call (254) 288-8358 or 288-8359, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We are closed on weekends and training/legal holidays.
