FDA List of Medicines Recommended for Disposal by Flushing
Darnall's formulary is a list of our most commonly dispensed medications. The formulary changes frequently, so other medications may be available. We rely heavily on generic equivalents of most medications so we can stock as many medications as possible. Please ask your provider to allow generic substitutions. Most maintenance medications for chronic illnesses are dispensed with a 90-day supply. Most prescriptions are valid for one year from the date originally written.
Controlled substances are refillable within the limits set by federal and state law.
The PATIENT'S ID CARD is required to pick up new or refill prescriptions for any patient age 10 years and older.
