Overview

Quality Management Division (QMD) ensures that patients receive an excellent provision of care by constantly collecting data, analyzing processes and revising systems so that they are more effective and accurate. Our System of Health is accredited by The Joint Commission which provides the structure for our organization to improve performance for the provision of safe, quality patient care. Compliance is measured by surveys, audits, patient tracers and facility wide performance improvement projects. There are four programs that work together to promote an environment that is focused on improving the lives of our patients. These programs monitor the care provided in the entire system of health at Fort Hood.
