Mission and Vision

OUR MISSION: Resource Management Division provides expert administrative support to the Carl R. Darnall System of Health through fiscal management, manpower and force management, medical expense reporting, employee time management, direct healthcare provider contracting, recovery of allowable healthcare costs, and management of internal and external agreements.

OUR VISION: Be a team of administrative professionals that are the honest brokers of information focused upon the premier System of Health in America to provide compassionate, world-class healthcare one patient at a time.

Overview

Resource Management Division (RMD) is composed of Program and Budget, Manpower Management, Medical Expense Performance Reporting System (MEPRS) and Defense Medical Human Resources System internet (DMHRSi), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Uniform Business Office (UBO), and Memorandums of Agreement and Understanding (MOAs/MOUs) Management.

Policies and Procedures

The five branches of RMD delineate their respective policies. While united in support and management of resources, each RMD branch is unique in its function and procedures for CRDAMC.
